It’s easy! Just purchase a promotional 70cl bottle of Woodsman Blended Scotch Whisky from a participating retailer (in-store or online) between 1st June 2025 and 29th August 2025. Then, scan the QR code on the swing tag or visit competition.woodsmanwhisky.com, enter your details, and upload a clear photo or screenshot of your receipt.
Your receipt needs to clearly show the retailer’s name, the date and time of purchase (within the promotional period and before your entry date), and that you purchased a promotional Woodsman Blended Scotch Whisky 70cl bottle. For online purchases, a delivery note or order confirmation email screenshot with these details will also work.
The promotion runs from 1st June 2025 to 29th August 2025. Make sure to get your entries in during this time!
You can enter once every 14 days during the promotional period. Remember, you’ll need a new receipt for each entry.
Yes, you could win one “winning moment” prize and one grand prize per person.
You’ll be notified instantly on-screen after you enter. If you’re a winner, you’ll also receive a confirmation email.
If a daily prize isn’t won on a particular day, it rolls over and will be available to be won the next day. Any unclaimed “winning moment” prizes at the end of the promotion will be added to the grand prize draw.
The grand prize draw will take place on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.
Grand prize winners will be contacted by email within 14 days of the draw date. Make sure to check your inbox (and junk folder!).
If you win a “winning moment” prize, you’ll need to upload your home address and proof of ID (like a passport or driving license showing your date of birth). For the Passenger Gilet and Timberland Boots, you’ll also need to provide your size via email. Grand prize winners will need to reply to the winning email within 14 days to accept their prize and provide their home address and proof of ID.
Please allow up to 28 days from the date you validate your win and complete any necessary verification for your prize to be delivered.
